Abdullah Hashmi is a seasoned marketing professional with a comprehensive background in real estate marketing. Over the years, he has held various roles that have allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the industry, from strategic planning to execution.
During his tenure, Abdullah expertly managed an extensive marketing portfolio valued at PKR 4 billion, demonstrating his capacity to handle large-scale marketing budgets with precision and strategic foresight. He has overseen the successful execution of 19 impactful marketing campaigns, spanning various mediums, including digital, print and broadcast, ensuring wide-reaching market penetration and brand visibility. He also planned and implemented these campaigns across various Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) platforms. Abdullah’s expertise in aligning these campaigns with organisational goals has consistently driven brand growth and enhanced market positioning, reflecting his deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and their role in shaping business success.
As the Head of Marketing & Communication at Al-Jalil Developers, Abdullah has been at the forefront of overseeing and directing marketing efforts across multiple high-profile projects, including Al-Jalil Garden, Al-Noor Orchard, West Marina, Lahore Entertainment City and Marina Sports City. His leadership in these roles has been instrumental in driving the brand’s image and ensuring the successful launch of several projects. Abdullah’s ability to strategise and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns has been key to achieving significant sales targets and establishing the brand’s presence in the market.
In his earlier role as Senior Marketing Manager & Communication, Abdullah honed his skills in market research, advertising and promotional campaigns. He successfully led the launch campaigns for major projects like West Marina and Al-Baari Residencia, showcasing his expertise in handling complex marketing challenges and driving results aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
During his tenure as Marketing Manager, Abdullah was responsible for managing all marketing activities in line with the sales strategy. His work involved a deep analysis of market trends, cultivating relationships with strategic partners and driving advertising campaigns that significantly boosted sales. His role as Assistant Marketing Manager further developed his strategic execution skills, where he managed 360-degree marketing campaigns, organised events for brand awareness and oversaw the production of marketing collateral.
Abdullah’s journey began with positions at Rafi Group and Zultec, where he gained valuable experience in brand and business development. His ability to understand the nuances of different markets and adapt his strategies accordingly has been a hallmark of his career.
Educationally, Abdullah holds an MBA with a specialisation in Marketing from the University of Central Punjab, where he consistently demonstrated his academic prowess.
